Landon Russell preformed our initial home inspection. He did this while we were in So Cal. He was very professional on the phone with my husband and answered all his questions. He arrived promptly and let us know he was there. Landon was at the home at 2:00PM and at 6:30pm that day his report was sent to us. As I was opening the email I thought it wasn’t going to a very thorough report but I was so wrong. Landon wrote a very detailed report and his pictures were clear. We had concerns but he easily put our minds at ease. Landon knows we will be new to the area and informed my husband he could recommend individuals that he trusted for his own home. We had our new home inspected by Landon at Icon. He came highly recommended by our realtor Brandon King. We were not able to make the inspection as we are still in California closing on our home here. Landon kept us informed of when he was going to the home in St. Helens. We were pleasantly surprised that even though Landon was at the house at 2:00 PM we received a detailed report at 6:30 that night. His report was easy for us to read and his pictures were clear. He gave recommendations of which specialists would be required. Since we are going to be new to the area he stated he could give us names and phone numbers to check out.
